Based on our architecture and consultancy services approach HP was able to win several deals with their major clients, originally rated as R-NW (Red – Non Winnable) before our involvement.

Challenge

Workflow and Service Desk platform to be used by hundred legal entities in 19 countries across whole world.

Approach

New next generation cooperative platform with minimum holistic defined functions, deployed and approved by all parties in record timeframe.

Outcomes

Being a major roadblock on proposed project timeline, our solution helped them archieve major shortcut in overall project deployment from 18 to 11 months.

Challenge

Recover corporation internal drive through set of quick cooperative applications aimed at anonymous surveys with game theory defined ideas how to change within company.

Approach

After thorough consideration, a set of internal applications was released to limited testing group across EMEA region, after 2 months of such pilot the testing was ceased due to unexpected high percentage of participation and overall overflow on possible ideas.

Outcomes

Would be renewed again at the beginning of 2016 after data verification and pilot phase for some of the proposed changes.

Challenge

Improve image within Belgium through non invasive set of social media targeted campaigns and several smaller casual games.

Approach

Currently not publishable due to NDA.

Outcomes

Within targeted group, percentage of positive & neutral respondents surged from 11% before, to 24% after the implementation.
